Product Information

The pictures and descriptions on this website should be used as a guide. Due to the difficulty in photographing jewellery, and variations in internet browsers, we are unable to guarantee that each product is identical in colour to that viewed on our website.

The stones and pearls used in our jewellery are not flawless, so therefore there might be inherent natural imperfections in some of them.

In addition, each piece is hand made and unique so there will be some variations from piece to piece.

Engraved items and special commissions are non-refundable/ non-returnable

Process of Purchase

Once you have provided and confirmed your payment details, you have agreed to purchase the product/s at the prices indicated inclusive of the delivery charges that apply.

Confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address.

On receipt of payment, your order will be dispatched. If the goods are not immediately available, we will inform you of expected delivery times.

Payment

We accept UK cheques and payment from all major credit and debit cards and bank transfers. Your credit card information is processed by PayPal on their secure site. You do not have to hold or register for a PayPal account to complete a transaction, and there are no additional fees. We have no visibility of your payment details and PayPal ensures the securest way to buy.

Custom Charges

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination’s countries customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Privacy Policy

At Deborah Blyth Jewellery we do not pass on or sell any personal information with third parties. The information we collect from you is necessary to process your order.

Delivery

Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which will require a signature from you on delivery.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us of your intention to return it, within 7 days, quoting your address, name and details of product, the reason for its return, and whether you require a refund or replacement. Please ensure the item is returned to us with a copy of the receipt, your name and address, unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging within 14 days. Please use registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged or lost in transit.

Once we have received the returned item, we will be happy to exchange or refund the original price. You will be required to arrange and pay for all returns, except where the item is faulty. For reasons of health and hygiene, Deborah Blyth Jewellery is unable to accept returns for earrings.

Delivery Options

Dispatch of bespoke items may take longer to be posted but you will be notified of this.

International orders are mailed using the Royal Mail International signed for service. Within Europe it will take 2 – 4 working days; the Rest of the World 5 – 6 working days.

Charges

UK – £7.75 per order.

International Orders – £15.50 per order.
